Delfina Geus • REALTOR®

Delfina Geus is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, as well as a published author and small business owner in Redding, CA. Fluent in four languages, including Spanish, with over 20 years of experience coaching artists, publishing authors and working with A-list brands and celebrities as a writer, artist and model in Los Angeles, Delfina knows how to work with all kinds of unique individuals to help them achieve their dreams. 

Prior to launching her career in real estate in 2024, Delfina worked as a freelance writer in New York. Her editorial interviews of top-level performers, athletes and influencers have been published in several major lifestyle & fitness magazines, including HERS magazine, Men’s Health, FLEX, Muscle & Fitness Magazine. It was also in New York that Delfina was first discovered as a musician in her twenties when she debuted as a singer-songwriter in 2010 opening for JLO in Times Square on New Year’s Eve. Her music has been featured in national TV commercials and her artistry written about in People Magazine. In 2023, Delfina published her first book, which tells her life story and journey out of Hollywood and into rediscovering her faith. 

It’s Delfina’s remarkable creative expression, mastery of communication and relentless desire to help others reach their goals that drives her success in real estate now. Born and raised in the upscale and sought after beach town of Manhattan Beach, CA, Delfina possesses an innate appreciation for aesthetic and the design of a house, from staging and decorating to creating a breathtaking experience for a buyer from the curb.
